Has all the labs changed?

I havent been on here for months. However it has changed. There use to be a spot where you could look at all the in country and out of country labs. I don't see any of the old labs. I have been using atomic labs and am happy with their gear and it shows up fast. However how can I find over sea labs also. Has that changed and how do I find places to order gear from on this site?
