I am planning my second ph cycle for a recomp/lean gain focus. The first one was last year and I made solid gains but just followed the info from the guy at the apps store. I want this one to be better planned.
My plan is as follows and I would like some feedback.
Havoc-20/30/30/40/0/0
Halo-0/0/50/50/75/75
I plan on using Cycle Assist, Taurine, EFAs, multis, and creatine while on cycle.
I also have Pure Test, Organ Shield and Revolution Pct but am not sure where to use them, if at all.
For post cycle therapy (pct) I have Novla and/or Torem and want some advice on which to use and best dose for what I'm planning. . I'll probably put in an NO supplement and maybe a fat burner if needed.
As for me, I am 35, approx 185-187lbs, approx 9-10% bfat. No health issues, dont drink or smoke etc. I've worked out for many years but haven't tried any ph/steroids until last year.
My end goal is to be 190+ lbs at 6-7%. Last summer I got to 6-7% but was 177lbs and want more size.
Food intake, the first four weeks I'll eat 4000-4250 (lean bulk focus), then drop down to 3500 week 5-end of post cycle therapy (pct)(bfat loss focus) and drop slowly as needed.
Workout with be 4 day split, 6 days week. No cardio for first month then ramping up during fat loss phase.
