HCG and Gyno - Trials and Tribulations

Hey fellas,

Been on TRT for about a month now. I initially started at 140mg test a week spread over multiple shots, 250iu HCG twice weekly, .25mg Adex EOD. This shot my testosterone sky high, +1500. To combat the immediate gyno response, I upped adex dose and crashed my E2 to 5. Also added in 40mg of Nolvadex a day which didn't really help.

After two weeks of that, I got off HCG, dropped adex dose back to .25 eod, and lowered test dose to 100mg a week. Felt pretty GREAT! The past week especially, first few days of libido in years... great feeling.

Well yesterday, I tried to incorporate HCG again (want to have children) and god damn it... my nipples already itch. I am on adex, cabergoline (for prolactin), and keep everything in check via blood tests every two weeks. So what the hell. Compared to what everyone else takes, this is a very small dose of everything.

My latest regimen is...
28mg test E3D (total 70 a week over the course of 2 weeks)
200iu HCG E3D (total 1000iu a week over the course of 2 weeks)
.25mg adex EOD

A week would look like.... HCG shot, test shot, off, HCG shot, test shot, off, HCG shot.

I just started this so I don't have labs to reflect it yet. My previous labs showed test of 1500, E2 of 5, and still insane gyno pains.

What can I do other than gyno surgery to completely remove the glands? Do the rest of you have this much trouble adding HCG?

Hcg should only slightly elevate your E especially at those light doses, however some people are very sensitive to certain things. Right now your body is in guessing mode and with TRT you need consistency. Get your bloods. Is this a legit TRT through your doctor protocol? Or self prescribed trt

I just had full bloods drawn for an upcoming appointment with the Dr, but they will only show how I was on test cyp + adex. I haden't been on the HCG. At the appointment, I will have to get him to throw together another draw for all the gyno readings.

This is all treatment through a Dr, but I pay a ton of money to talk to him, so its limited to once a month.

I suppose my biggest question is what can cause this if its not estrogen? My labs showed a sensitive estradiol of 5, twice in a row. Plus I am on cabergoline for prolactin.
