Sure you can inject HCG intra-m, however it is more common to do it sub-g

I have done it many times, I have only once used SubQ, which turned out to be quite friendly and quick even though sticking a pin in my gut always seemed a bit off.

Thats exactly how I want to do it. I got nervous because I read Easto's injections 101 thread on Steroid Support and he said "A technique to deliver a medication into the soft tissue (fat) immediately underlying the skin. Insulin, HCG, and HGH are typically administered this way."
