My general doctor which prescribed me 200mg/wk won't even prescribe me hCG LOL. but yeah your insurance should cover it as long as the doctor says you need it. There's always a preapproval process with these types of medications.
My Uro doesn't want to go through the hassle of the prior authorization because the insurance hassles them about it. I was told this by the insurance lady at my doctors office. She told me to see if I can get my PCP to attempt the prior auth. My Uro prescribes HCG, I just currently have to pay cash price at compounding pharmacy unless I can get insurance to approve it

I've got a health reimbursement account. I pay out of pocket and they reimburse me 100% ( HCG, Test, Arimidex, Needles, etc. ) up to the first $*******.... The next $******NO PRICE DISCUSSION ALLOWED***** is on me then it's 80/20 %....

I'm in the same boat,I pay an anti-aging Dr. to get my HCG and arimidex,( if and when I need it) even though I pay for the most expensive Kaiser plan they got.includes massage and acupuncture,but not proper trt protocol lol.im diligently working on getting them to pay for my HGH which I am currently paying out of pocket for good luck!
