So, I’ve been on -150mg of test e every 4 days for 2 1/2 months.
-1/2 a proviron/day
-AI Letrozole 5 weeks into cycle at 0.6 mg usually every 6 or 7 days

I also started HCG at 7 weeks into use. I took an HCG shot once every 3 days. These have been the doses of my 8 shots over the past 24 days of HCG
2300iu:Pat:, 1500, 1000, 800, 550, 450, 350, 250, 150iu.

I was initially going to only do a 7 week cycle of test but have decided to stay on the test as TRT.

My issue is that initially the HCG brought my nads back up to size but not anymore.
I tried a high dose and also low doses.
Erections/Libido r also not as strong as the first 8 weeks...

I will be dropping the test to 125 but every 3 days to keep levels steadier this week and will have to stop the proviron as well this week as Ive run out and can’t get more.

So my issue is how to get my nads back up to size and sex drive back up to where it was a couple weeks ago, which was amazing.
My concern is that I overdid the HCG the past 24 days (The 1st heavy dose shot was actually a dosing mistake and I was trying to take 1500iu but took 2500iu by mistake...):Pat:

Thanks for any input anyone may have :)

I think your body can only use so much HCG at once, and anything over 1,000 IUs at one time can cause an E2 spike, in addition to possibly desensitizing the Leydig cells in your testicles. I would have used 250 IUs of HCG 2x week while you were on the cycle, and Clomid/Nolva PCT, or 500 IUs of HCG 3x week for 6-8 weeks PCT. You're only going to get so much nad size out of HCG, and it's usually more dramatic in the beginning. It's hard to say what's causing the libido/erection issues without seeing labs, as it could be high/low E2, high prolactin, low free T, etc, although I would think your Free/bio T would be high taking Proviron as it binds to SHBG.

I do great on 500 I.U. 3 times a week.
Dont buy into the b.s. of 1 k I.u. + doses.
All you are doing is wasting medication and desensitizing your receptors.
The body can only use so much HCG at a time and the body does not make endless amounts of Testosterone from higher doses.
