Heavyiron: pct question regarding 1st cycle sticky

Heavy iron (and other veterans), please advise I was planning to run arimdex during my test cyp cycle ED or EOD as you recommend at .5-1mg.

My main question for you; what do you recommend I do for post cycle therapy (pct). I know I should have nolvadex on hand for emerg gyno. You mention high doses of clomid post cycle therapy (pct), much higher than I have seen and I just wanted to know if 100Mg for first 3 weeks of PCT is necessary for a 24 year old, or could I do lower doses? Also start of PCT is to be roughly 14 days after last inject of test right? I'm still a little unclear on the PCT but almost there and ready to go just want some clarity, I appreciate all of this info and help you contribute

Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

Some like a nolva/clomid post cycle therapy (pct) but I dont like nolva in post cycle therapy (pct).

Agree with above. 100mg of clomid for 2 weeks isn't that much, and beyond that I've never read not experienced any negative sides effects from doses MUCH higher than that.

Age shouldn't matter either, just cause your 24 doesn't mean you can just hope that you're young and your body will make up for your unwillingness to do a good full post cycle therapy (pct). Whether I'm 24 or 42 or 60, I want my body to recover as quickly and as fully as possible.

Clomid at 100mg kinda makes people feel shitty. Adex is used during cycle for gyno. doses at anywhere between .25 ed or eod day on up to 1mg e3d.

The most common post cycle therapy (pct) I see is

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

I dont recommend using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in pct.
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Does Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like arimdex need to be run during pct as well or is arimdex just meant to be used during the cycle
Someone above mentions those higher doses of clomid makes you feel shitty, why?

Any one help with last question above? Also .25 of adex seems so little? Just completed second week of cycle, when's the test really start kicking? I've gained 6lbs and feel pretty good but my goal is to go from 175 to 200 in 12 weeks.

Also I was pinning with my buddy who is running same cycle, I did his pin and after for whatever reason he injected the last tiny drop back into my bottle instead of his. He's close friend I'm sure he's clean but what are chances any kind of disease can be transmitted through the test, he simply stuck his needle into my bottle after that same needle went into his glute.

I've heard there is a lot of alcohol in test and no bacteria could survive in the vial, any one disagree?
