Hello Steroidology, let's build an Ostarine cycle

I'm looking to go on a cycle of Osta. I have a bunch of questions and I'm looking for all sorts of comments. Whatever you say will probably help me even if you tell me not to do it. A good answer always raises more questions.

Anyways, let's get to the stats. I'm just about 22, 6'0, 155~ pounds, 12-15% bf. I'm looking to do a clean bulk up to 170. I'm still awaiting my results for a testosterone test.

Here is the basic outline I have for the cycle:
Osta: 25mg/day for 8 weeks
HCGenerate: Not sure if I should use this. Still looking at information online. Some say you should use it in PCT but I completely disagree with that, especially on this cycle. I'm thinking that running Osta at this long will definitely cause some shutdown so what if around week 6 I threw in some HCGenerate?
Liver support: I know SARMs doesn't mess with the liver as much but this is a decently long cycle. Might throw in some Milk Thistle.

PCT:
Clomid week 8-12: 50/50/25/25
Nolva week 8-12: 40/40/20/20

Not completely sure on the dosage during PCT. I'd rather run both clomid and nolva just to be safe.

Diet:
Right now, I've been trying to lean bulk but with limited success. I've been trying to eat as much protein as I can, eating lots of fish; I eat meat mostly every day. I'm going with the chocolate milk after a workout. I know the basis of eating healthy; I have healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle but I'm not as wise as real bodybuilders. I don't really count calories I just aim for a general area.

Work out:
I work out 4 times a week. Mondays, Tuesdays, rest on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, rest on weekends.

Since you're asking your thoughts/opinions, first thing is I'll say don't expect "too much" from 8 weeks of osta alone. Don't get me wrong, you can gain on it, but if you get from 155 up to 170 on it, it will be because you were eating at like 1500 cals above maint (exaggeration, but you get my point). Now, I say nothing wrong with running hcgen on cycle, if nothing else there's a feel good vibe it gives you and will make your cycle better/more enjoyable (and may have keep the boys up as a bonus).
As for the PCT, that's high if you're running both (high even for just solo on nolva for me).
I'd run it like so
clomid 50/25/25/25
Nolva 20/20/10/10

Milk thistle won't hurt either for piece of mind.

If you're wanting to lean bulk, you may have to count calories. Now, don't be anal about it, but if you use something like "myfitnesspal" for a couple days and just log your food, it'll count calories for you and give you a general idea of whether you're in the ball park or not, because plain and simple, if you're not eating enough, you're not gonna grow.
 
And some ideas for extra protein, what I've been doing to up my protein intake is making my protein shakes with milk and then adding all natural peanut butter, organic yogurt, and oats along with whey protein.
 
Thanks for the input. At how many calories should you expect to bulk? What kind of food can help you clean bulk? I have a general idea for the latter but I'm always looking for new ideas.
