Help 3j competition plz 14 weeks

HEY ALL I WAS BULKING FOR A WHILE UNTIL I GOT INJURED AND BEEN PUT OFF THE PAST 6 MONTHS.IM BACK IN THE GYM AND GOING INTO COMP IN 14 WEEKS HERE IS MY DIET.im currently 250 at 15 percent bodyfat.my total vals minus 500 for cutting comes to 2600 cals.IF 3j U CAN see my diet and give me advice please..it looks pretty solid already but want second opinion.thx all and 3j

Morning Cardio 60min LISS Followed by Stretching

Meal 1 POST CARDIO
18 large egg whites boiled 60pro
4 Ezekiel bread 60cho
2 fish oil 2fat

Meal 2
2 large steaks fat trimmed foreman grilled 70pro 16fat
Broccoli
2 fish oil 2 fat

Meal 3 PRE WORKOTU
3 tilapia fish steamed 60pro
10-12 oz raw sweet potato 60 cho
2 fish oil 2 fat

Workout Weights plus HITT CARDIO Followed by Posing and Stretching

Meal 4 POST WORKOUT
2 large chicken breast 50g pro
80g Rice 60g CHO
2 fish oil 2 fat

Meal 5
2 large steaks fat trimmed foreman grilled 70pro 16fat
Broccoli
2 fish oil 2 fat

Meal 6
3 tilapia fish steamed 60pro
Broccoli
2 fish oil 2 fat

CALS PRO CHO FAT 2596 Calories 370g protein 180g carbohydrates 44g Fat

*DRINK WATER ALL DAY
*USE SEASONINGS
*STEAM BROCCOLI
 
the diet looks ok.. but you might wanna think about doing something more advanced like a carb cycle...

btw more the steaks in meal 5 to meal 6 and more the fish to meal 5
 
thx long and 3j...ya i diet is pretty solid just needed second opinion....3j the reason why i put steak in meal 2 is because if i put a leaner white meat like fish or chicken in replace for red meat my workout will go down to shit especiallyu on low carb...so the red meat really gives me that extra push...but ill try switching it and see how it goes...if my energy is too low ill replace it back....aslo was thinking going carb cycling instead of refeed carbs every 6th day but my body doesnt lose fat too easily and ive been laid off for past 6 motnhs so i really need to start losing fat quick...but in a month if my body starts likeing carbs like it used too (which i know i will) i will come back to you for carb cycle advice...so fr future reference im thinking 180/180/250/400 and repeat?
 
He will be saying have steak as last meal as its slow digesting.

I have 175-200grams of lean rump steak everynight before bed :)

i would go 400 200 100 50 repeat
