it's very difficult to get my meals in regularly now..I'm used to eating ev. 3hrs, not because I force myself, but at that time I'm hungry.
I can supp. w/ protein shakes..blend of cfm and hydro. but I need some good quality complex carbs. something I can consume quickly...like cookies, but not of that crap quality.
Any suggestions? I know protein factory just came out w/ a carb. supplement that has a low gi, (rice based) but I'm not sure if that's a good source or even if it mixes well.
Are plain brown ricecakes low gi? like cooked brown rice?
