hey ladies!

need advice on peptides, specifically HGH Frag 176-191. looking to drop bodyfat and maintain my gains.
anyone with any information on dosage, cycling, stacking with other peptides for better results, diet details while running, overall experience.. i would really appreciate any information! thanks in advance!

I am not a lady but I personally don't think frag has much value. What kind of peptides are you currently on?

Maybe Lindsay has tried it......

complete n00b to peptides or any chems. just gathering as much info as i can regarding frag and other peps to help me come up with a worthy stack, or if i shld just run frag alone.

Well I would start with at GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) combined with a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide).

This will cause stimulation and release of your natural growth hormone. This is better than frag.

How old are you? What are your stats?

hi,
If you're interested, you can get on a doctor prescribed program through one of our doctors on increasemyt.com. I'd be more than happy to assist you and walk you through everything. Send me an email at lindsay@increasemyt.com and I can get you started :)

im 24, sitting 165lbs @ 5'4", hoping to get down to 150-ish. was on keto-diet (+1hr of fasted LISS cardio every morning for weights) previously and went from 176 to 160.
still holding blubber in the mid section. i currently weight train everyday with cardio lasting <20min usually as a finisher.
was planning on getting an extra boost to shed more bodyfat with peps.

How did you do on the keto diet? I'm currently trying that one out now, have been on it a few days and I want carbs ahhhhh! Have you tried doing HIIT cardio instead to change up your routine? I myself have trouble with that little pooch in my belly :( Diet alone can only get you so far. I've never personally tried frag, but send me an email at lindsay@increasemyt.com and we can go over some options you may have to help you reach your goals!

Good post Lindsay :)

I personally would get on a Sermorelin/GHRP peptide program. It may be wise for you to talk to Lindsay, she is with one of the board sponsors. If you get on a program with her you will know for a fact what your getting is the real thing because it is doctor prescribed. For females in particular, I can not stress the importance of getting high grade medications.

The underground stuff can be dangerous, especially for females. It would not be fun to get something and it be different than what you thought, I have seen many woman think they were getting anavar, only to get dbol instead. That would not be good for you, or your special parts :)

keto-diet was real good. dropped the waterweight in about 3days odd. did 50/50 protein and fats (fish, eggs, nuts, nut butters and only if necessary id take a whey isolate) and loads of water. had 1st cheat after 2wks and 1 every subsequent week. bloated like crazy after first cheat, face circumference was up inch and a half, lol! though honestly, didn't have any negative experiences with this diet at all. a friend of my had the typical "carb-withdrawal" syndromes but i was pretty lucky with none of that. ran it for 8wks and decided to just go back to having carbs.
will shot u an email in a bit, rushing up on assignments atm. good luck on the diet, ull get through it!

I was on it for a few days and definitely loved the non bloated, flat feeling but my energy was completely zapped!! I thought I would do well on this diet because when I was carb cycling, I loved my low carb days...didn't work out so well -_- I had a crazy time getting through my workouts and wanted to eat EVERYTHING, so I just went back to carb cycling. :D
