Help - itchy/hard nips but estrogen 16

Tender breasts and itchy nips so kept upping dex (up to .5 mg a day!). Just got labs back and estrogen is 16! Why still nipple issues with such low E?

Doing a low dose cycle (150mgs) to go with a few favorite SARMS and anavar. However, haven't been utilizing those as the nipple issues made worried the var was actually dbol.

Never found any lumps but unwanted pec fat is accumulating (think Ric Flair, Tank Abbott).

What do now?
 
Did you just start? I know some friends that get sensitive when hormones change.

You shouldnt see gyno but if youre worried you could use a couple nolva or ralox for a couple days and see if that helps.

Oops, started three months ago. Kept upping dex to try to get ahead of what assumed was high E due to nipple issues. Experiencing ED issues as well which (now know) most likely caused by low E.

Thought dex was bunk so switched sources. Itchy nips are annoying but the unsightly pec fat is the real concern. Body fat is on the higher side, which doesn't help.

Going to lower dex in dose to raise E but afraid breast tissue will explode. Not sure what to do exactly.
 
Get your bf down. More aromatase enzymes in your body to convert when youre on the heavier side

Diet with slight cal deficit and fasted morning cardio will bring it down.

Haven't taken any sarms yet. Would like to start 4033 and yk11. Always had good results with those.

Not sure about body fat. Definitely on the higher side. Thought that with strong ai use and a low dose could stay ahead of E. Guess not.

you cant keep guessing with this, no wonder your experiencing sides due to low estrogen. get serious about this and get bloodworks done to check your test levels. go to a doctor and find out what your bf% is.

If you read the post, blood work WAS clearly done. That's why it's known estrogen is 16, too low. Test is 680.

From what I gather adex can lower estrogen while ralox can prevent breast tissue from growing. The latter seems to be an issue despite bloods showing E levels are actually too low. Wouldn't mind low E except it causes depression and lack of wood as well as achy joints.
