Ok here is my typical day of eating...im 6'0 245 about 20%

6:00..1 serving oatmeal with ON Whey protein shake in water
9:00 ..Either 2 chciken breast or Tilapia filets with steamed broccoli
12:00 ..same as above
3:30....ON whey shake with water and 1/4 cup of almonds
6:30....same as 9 and 12 meals
lift in between this and next meal
Post work out.......ON whey with water and dextrose....50g pro/50gram carb

bed 1 or so after that
Also doing 30-45 min cardio 4 times a week walking on treadmill at incline.....lifting is 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off
Also drink 1 gal of water a day....
Some times I will add olive oil to fish or sub sweet potatoe or wheat pasta for carbs....May try to add in some flax to my shakes but some times it gives me stomach problems...
Any critique or changes is appreciated....

It looks like a good meal plan. I would definitely suggest adding some flax or udo's oil in there twice a day. Just don't add it to your post workout shake. I take mine a few times a day, two during the day and then one more tablespoon before bed with my cottage cheese.
I would also suggest you up your dextrose in your post workout shake from 50g-100g. I like to use a 2:1 carbs to protein ratio.
But really, your diet looks pretty good.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.:)

yes have a carb up day would be very benefical!

I also agree that a carb up day would be beneficial.
And yes, definitely add in the flax oil, you won't be disappointed.:)

Ok Im about 2.5 weeks into the diet..I have added in the flax oil just recently and also upped my post work out dextrose to near 100....I have been lax on the cardio but other than that it is going pretty good!....Lost about 4-5 lbs and can tell a differance a little.....Now if I could just get that damn cardio down!...lol.....Keep ya posted

My breakdown has been about
280g protein....chicken breat and fish
150g carbs....mostly from brown rice,oatmeal,post workout dextrose
45g fat....from flax oil,and almonds

Main concern is if 150g a day is too much carbs?...Seem to be getting a little flat...or maybe paranoid..Also on a carb up day how much should I have?...was thinking like 300 or so?
Any more help appreciated

If flax is causing you too many problems, maybe try cod liver oil as a sub. I mix and match the two and haven't had problems. Just a thought. That's awesome on the progress bro, keep up the good work.

Tensity....Seems I dont have problems when I take the oil in liquid form..I was taking capsules before and I think switching to liquid did the trick!....so far no problems
