Hey,

Im looking for some help.. I am 21 years old and around about 20 stone, I have dramatically put on weight in the last 3/4 years. I am about to start going to the gym every day and I have been advised in the past to take clenbuterol, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best things to take, ephrogen and clen are the only 2 things i have ever really herd about. I am basically just looking for some advice on some supplements to help me on my way.

if you are looking to lose weight, cardio and diet are 75% of the battle. when you put on weight did you do it with supplements? no, you ate alot of the wrong things and likely didn't get any exercise. taking supps won't do a damn thing if you don't do cardio every day and eat to lose weight

I am in the same boat as you, however in the last 5 years i went from 360lbs down to 205 and 17% fat and now I am back up to 295lbs and 28% fat, I did all of that with good diet and cardio, however now that I am a little older and it doesnt seem to want to come off as easy, so I will be getting in touch with 3j on here for help. Just stay positive and keep working at it and the weight will come off, there was plenty of times where I thought I wouldn't lose anymore weight and i just kept at it and it came off.

I agree with oddog but it think diet is more like 90% in any battle, whether its bulking or cutting

What's your current diet? Simple things have worked for me in the past, ie no carbs after 4pm, changing the route in the grocery store and staying on the outside and not venturing into the middle aisles where the unhealthy foods are
