Help me

If you have "True" gyno - then surgery will be your only option. Even if you lose the weight you will have those fatty tits.

Dam it....thats not what i wanted to hear. I dont think its all gyno some is definetly fat. I am going to start a clen/ECY stack regardless but i really want the get rid of them atleast a make them smaller. I am gettign a digi cam soon in a couple days. Currently i am eating
breakfast-Oatmeal with a glass of skim milk
Lunch-wheat bread with turkey
PWO-Shake with tuna
dinner lean meat with veggies
B4 bed Shake

you need some work with that diet man, it's pretty rough. im not a dietitician but have learned a lot from reading posts on this board. Shake before bed isn't going to help lose fat. also that pwo shake isn't so hot. try water 50 grams of whey and 100grams of gatorade powder (dextrose). throw some eggs in there in the morning. i found that i can lose fat by carbing up heavy early day then taper them down threwout the day. also flax oil, fish oil and green tea should cut some fat
 
ight, here we go... since i was in 8th grade i kept my weight at ~155lbs. and im a short guy... so i was fat when i was younger to say the least. you cant call it gyno because it may just be fat, and not hormone related. if your 5'10 and 210lbs theres a good chance its just fat. i recommend doing a hardcore diet, for the fastest results id say www.c-k-d.com. then once u get where u wanna be... work on retaining it.
personally i hate that fu%$ing diet, but it works.
