personally i have to run a ratio a 2 to 1 test to deca. Otherwise i have trouble getting it up.

so your saying 2cc for sus and 1 cc for deca? and really i dont need to worry bout getting it up im over in afghan on deployment...wont be back for another 5 months so its all good..haha

You might wanna read all the stickies while you are learning about AAS. You'll probably answer a lot of your own qeustions. IMO, you need to learn more before you start putting chemicals in your body. BUT, we all gotta start somewhere.
