i would add some simple carbs pre workout and some complex carbs post workout, other than that looks pretty good, just make sure you have enough protein, if you have no carbs pre workout you will have a shitty session, the better your session the more productive your body will be,

add in more carbs at the start of the day. then over your 8 week plan remove a portion of carbs from a meal each week. you need to take ur time with cutting otherwise the weight that u lose will just be water and muscle

What type of Simple carbs do you add pre-workout? Meal 6 is my post work out meal which is usually around 8pm. Can anybody recommend some good simple carbs for pre-workout.

Thanks for response!

simple carbs tend to be sugary which is great for training because you get that energy fast, honey, dexstrose, gatorade, and refined carbs are potato pasta, etc which you could also use

Simple carbs post workout, not pre. You want simple carbs post workout for the insulin spike to shuttle the protein into your depleted muscles and restore their glycogen. Get a glycemic index chart online and pick you favorite high GI carb. You can also choose your low GI carbs for the rest of the day.

And according to every glycemic index I've ever seen, pasta is NOT a good simple carb because it has a low GI - especially fetuccini. Almost all of my carbs for my diet (aside from post-workout) are coming from fetucini and non-fat plain yougurt.

And this is good advice too. At your weight, you're not getting enough carbs to train properly. Group most of them immediately pre-and post-workout and in the morning where they'll be put to the best use.
