I suffer pretty badly with acne on my back during cycle. what do you recommend i do to stop or reduce it?

Dont mean to be an ass, but there has been so many threads here about it with great tips, so if i was u, i would do a search.

Most of my bacne problems have ended with more frequent injections and understanding the half lifes better.

Change your bedding at least once or twice a week. Shower 2-3 times a day. Go tanning, that works wonders for me. Good luck!

As mikea said, keep up frequent injections and it will help allot. how many times a week are you injecting and what are you taking??

Drink lots of water, take vitamin E as well as Vitamin E cream, shower a lot with a mild loofa, sun is your friend and use a wash with Benzonyl Peroxide, Johnson and Johnson Clean and Clear is a good one.

thanks for your help guys....

1 cycle i took sust350, which i took 1ml per week
2nd cycle i took sust350, which i took 1.5ml every 5days
3rd cycle i took sust250, 3ml per week and Winstrol (winny) 1ml every 3rd day.

have been off for 4months now and my back still looks awefull. About to start a super-test and masteron cyclein 2 weeks

i would also mosturiz after you get out of shower with cacoa butter or alovera with vitE. if skin is over dry after shower it will over produce oil due to sensing its too dry. so wash off oil in HOT shower but then mosturize . also apple cider viniger is good and helped me. 2 tbs 3X a day. along with more frquent shots "2-3times a week insted of one big one" should help

keeping the skin oil free will help, but the problem comes from under the skin, so most topical recommendations will probably not do much

stay away from the acne inducing steroids if its that bad, or speak to a dermatologist about accutane

Great advice boys!

Drink lots of water!
Tanning.
Clean sheets and pillowcases often.
Eat lots of veggies!
Don't wear shirts at home....let the skin breathe.
Exfoliate!
Clean back with acne wash.

if it gets too bad, ass fuck the acne with accutane.
Gets rid of it every time, but its a pretty hardcore tablet...
Weigh up the pros and cons

Anti biotic erythromicin works too.
