Help with bodybuilding diet

Hello everyone! I'm new here and yes this is great!
Anyway, I've been bodybuilding for 8 months already and well, I've
been wondering about proper diets(Yes, I've been eacting like no tom and not getting fat).

Here's my diet

morning:
Peanuts
Milk
Fruits
Oatmeals
Vit.C
Vit.D
Amino Acid(If I'm working out)

Lunch(or usually after workout)
Rice
Meat, Fish, Pork, or Poultry
Fruits
Vegetables
Milk
Amino Acid

Afternoon snack
Fruits
Milk or juice(ice tea)
Peanuts
Vegetable salad

Night
Vegetables
Fruits
Milk or juice
Vit.E

umm..what do you think? oh and my Amino Acid is 6000 :)

sry i won't be much help.. but u might wanna move this into the diet section ...
