So right now I am cutting and I need help with carb cycling. So on my low carb days do I replace all those carbs with fats or proteins? Any advice would be appreciated.
Yup. Increase fats on your no carb days. Your total caloric intake should be more or less constant whether it's a carb load day or not. Some people will tell you to eat a couple hundred less calories on the days you're not eating carbs, but not much more than that.
