*Help with Diet*

Im slowly getting back into weights after a couple years off, Im 19,165lbs,5ft11.....I was gaining weight fast just sitting at home doing nothing but now am back too work and dropped from 175lbs too 165lbs...
my work is very physical which burns alot of calories, I work 10hour day's,

Im really know nothing on the diet part of lifting so bear with me,

I need ideas on Easy meals, which will pack on the pounds and have sufficent protein.....Since starting back at work my meals have been mostly Fastfood, which i doubt helps......At home i eat alot of chicken breast with rice, Elk/Deer steak and toast, not alot of variety........Can anybody help me get on track with a good healthy plan,

Im going too need meals which can be brought too work, where most of my time is spent,

easy meals:
protein powder + ground oatmeal/wheat germ
protein powder + olive oil/fish oil/flax oil/natural peanut butter
cut up chicken breast/turkey/steak + brown rice/sweet potato + veggies
tuna sandwhich w/ lettuce
harboiled eggs
ground beef put into a soup
