Help with PCT for 500mg ew TEST CYPIONATE

Hey guys,

I'm about to start a 500mg (250 every Monday and Thursday) for 10 weeks.

I have read and read about proper post cycle therapy (pct) and my brain is fried.

I am looking for the advice of someone who has done a similar cycle and what you used for a post cycle therapy (pct) cycle and how effective it was.

Wait until 2 weeks after yor last test shot to start post cycle therapy (pct). Get some Nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct) & take 40mg/day for 2 weeks, then drop down to 20mg/day for 2 weeks.

Test Cypionate; 500mg per week, (250mg every Monday and Thursday)
Week 1-12
Letro; .6 mg every 3 days
Week 14-16
Nolvadex; 40mg per day
Week 16-18
Novadex; 20mg per day
