Help With Rear Delt Development!!!!!!!!!!

My rear delts are severly underdeveloped, and I am beginning to experience problems due to them being out of balance. Rotator cuff problems persist. What are the best exercises for building and strengthening rear delts as well as rhomboids? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Deads,rows, but more isolated exercises would be db bent over laterals,rear delt mach to name a couple.
 
Thanks for all the replies. I am sure I am being negligent as far as symmerty and balance in concerned with my shoulder training. With all the heavy pressing movements, my shoulders have became very unbalanced. I will incorporate these movements into my regimin.
 
On lying side laterals you will use a lighter weight, but you will see developement.

According to Arnold, Serge Nubret was a huge proponenent of the exercise, and that guy had pretty badass shoulder developement.
 
hey try this shoulder routine to brin up your rears first sit on a slightly inclined chair like a 70 to 80 degree incline facing the back rest of the chair try 2 to 3 sets with a weight that let you get 10 to 15 reps.
then do standing bent over flyes for 2-3 sets of 12-20reps supersetted with bentover dumbell high rows. finish with 2-3 reverse pec-dec flyes 12-15, then 3 sets dumbell shoulder press heavy for like 8 to 10 and your done do this till your rear balance out and then return to a more conventional rutine.
 
oh yeak lying side lateral are awesome it get a good stretch on the bottom position
