Hey guys long time no talk. Unfortunatley i broke my right clavical on holidays riding a speedbike. Took a turn for the worse and went over the front end. It happened on the 30th of july and i havent worked out since. As depressing as that sounds my recovery has been slower than ever and will take time. The physiotherapist told me to start doing some light exercises to help strengthen it back up even though the bone isnt completley healed yet. Im losing size and muscle indefinatley and its driving me crazy. Ive never been out of the gym longer than this before. Do you bros have any tips on eating and light workouts i could do to help manage myself. I dont want to be small. As far as eating goes just keep high clean protein? And for workouts? Light weights, light runs...? I dont want to lose more than i have to!
