I am going to be starting my first cycle soon but first I need to figure out what I should use for post cycle therapy (pct). ive done alot of research and im kind of stuck.... i keep seeing NOLVADEX/CLOMID/HCG... and some other stuff... WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND?? should i get NOLVADEX & HCG??? ?

If its your first cycle you need to drop the Dbol and just run the Sust.

you want to run a 12 week cycle at 300-500mg. this is what your cycle should look like.

For one thing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is ran during cycle because it suppresses your HPTA. I would advise to not take during PCT.

First cycle is more of a learning experience than anything else. When you use a test blend of 4/5 different test you won't know what your reacting well to and what your sides are coming from. I would recommend picking up test e, cyp or prop.

In terms of your post cycle therapy (pct) post more info on your cycle and stats your should look into having enough exmestane for during cycle and post cycle therapy (pct), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for during cycle, nolva or clomid for post cycle. Doses and use of these can be found in stickies and by the use of the search button.
