don't generalize so much what if male is 1.65m? I know lot of short guys...
he can max put on 75kg or ~165pounds
I would say like this height cm -100 +~5-10kg is max you can put on natural @~10-12%BF
I'm 1.93m so I was ~98KG @11%BF after training 3+ years I could eat more but that always translated in fat gains.
 
You Dont understand how to eat to grow. It not just calories. It eating the right amount at the right time in the right amount. If you are gaining fat it is because you are not tuning your diet to your body and training.
 
Did you wait till you stopped growing. In the USA many women are taller than 6'. Taking steroids will fuse the growth plates and stop you from growing taller. How old are you?

I know pretty much about timing and how to eat healthy like carbs before gym and morning and more protein in evening and eating like 5-6 times per day etc. And I did not eat any junk etc. Lot depends from hormones at that time my test and cortisol was not perfect cortisol too high and test low 360-380 since on gear I eat same like before when I got fat but 80-90% gains are lean mass now... in 10 weeks gains about 10 kilos or 22 pounds.

For other people again problems can be with slow thyroids so no matter how good will be diet gains will be low and fat a lot.
Hormones and diet in my opinion are equally important, some say 80% diet 10% gear I call it BS....

It's pretty developed science to the gram of protein consumption per pout of body weight. It's funny when people say "EAT CLEAN" total crap. Eating Clean is up healthy for you. Your not cutting you trying to build lean muscle mass. It's that same thing. It take some time 5 or 10 years to really tweak a diet. Seek professional help.

I know very well about all protein types concentrates isolates hydro isolates before and after gym it's common sense same like big meal hour after all that has been done but as I said if your hormones are fucked up nothing will help...

This is true if your hormones are fuck up you have a problem. Insulin sensitivity is something I would look into and proper recover of your endocrine system.
There is nothing common sense about proper diet. Everything doctors and the governments push about fats is wrong. You need fats to product hormones. Eating Clean garbage based around a GMO soy food chain will not support a healthy endocrine system. Your body needs saturated fat.
 
Its funny you posted this. So many times I read a post here in the forum about a cycle and think to myself "Man this person would be so much better off spending their money on 3j than on this cycle".
