Excellent idea for diet and cardio , probably going to take a little longer than 2 months but if you keep that diet clean and cardio high you will see some good improvements, don't forget high intensity workouts muscle burns fat. Wise choice to stay away from the gear, sorry but your not ready.
its hard I was so hard a few years ago( see avatar Pic)so I realize I need lots of diet and cardio. So two months and then I will start 4iu per day 5days week for at least 5 -6 months.
What about some clenbuterol to help ? That worked well in past
I would throw clen in there, why not? With all things being equal, you will lose more fat. Morning cardio on an empty stomach, clen, and clean eating + time = Ripped.
I hated clen when I first tried it, would get headaches and cramps so I stopped. Tried again, and after about 3-4 days I felt great. Actually looked forward to my morning clen more than coffee.
The opposite for ECA, I used to love it, now when I take it I feel like shit. Havent tried need2slin.

ur gut has the slight form of a six pack lol. Good shit man keep that diet clean as hell. Personally i would go super low carbs to get a kickstart on the fat loss. It does wonders for me.
Thats because I have a lot of solid muscle and was super ripped in past years ,just a bad pic ,and a lot of fat to loose. Hopefully there is a six pack under there somewhere.
