This is a myth...they have proved this in other ways like does sex make your performance on the field less before a big game. Like football, laxcross, basketball etc. They found it scientifically does not mess with your performance. Also I have heard it a myth that getting off 5 times a day will not decrease test levels....it may keep you out of the gym b/c you are a fucking nympho but it will not decrease the level of test. I do know that allot of sex will increase dopemine in system but that is a good thing you may pass out for 30mins but thats a great little cat nap before, workout in my opinion!
