Hey guys. I THINK ive got it all figured out with the help provided over the past couple weeks. LET ME KNOW if in missing anything or if i should change it.

Nolva: 40/30/20/20
3,500 calories a day that include,
Rice (brown and white)
Eggs
Chicken
Steak
Omega 3 peanut butter
Bananas
Lots of veggies
Red potatoes
Fish
This will be what my diet runs around for the goal of gaining as much lean muscle as possible during the next four weeks. Im also trying to keep the water weight down, so sodium will be very low along with sugar and all processed or frozen foods.
How am i looking? Protected enough to keep my organs in check?
