Hey guys! Anavar cycle help!!

It's not a chick steriod it's just more mild. I have looked into this. I think I hit a Plato and it was the only thing I thought of.

For starters, it is a chick CYCLE when you're not using a testosterone base. Women don't have to worry like we do when it comes to this hormone, so yes - it's a cycle commonly seen in female athlete circles. You're 18, with plenty of natural testosterone still flowing through your veins, take advantage of it while you can. 6' 173lbs... the only plateau you've hit is not being able to put that fork in your mouth enough. Sorry, but that's how it is young man. ;)

Max squat 305 max dead lift 355
I work my ass off and eat and there not going up

I weigh more than you.and 2 inches shorter and natty and still adding mass...you are not at your natty.potential...be patient.
Your diet and workout routine is probably not where it should be.

Yeah, because you need to EAT. I have zero sympathy for you young guys that claim to be at a plateau. I worked my ass off and ate BIG when I was your age and was benching 495/deadlifting 725/squatting 635 at your age. NATURAL. If you can't gain weight naturally, what makes you think AAS is going to do for you? It only amplifies the effort you put in with the added nutritional intake. If you can't eat enough now to grow, steroids aren't going to (ESPECIALLY anavar) make you suddenly blow up into a monster of epic proportions. It's NOT a magic pill, I promise you.
 
Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. Only other thing i would recommend for an 18year old is creatine
 
Food, nutritional/diet coach, badass workout routine (train hard.but train smart), creatine, protein powders only after workout, and maybe a preworkout if you would like...
No hormone alteration drug.needed...

First things first: Food. If you want to get big, you need to learn to not only eat WAY more food, but the proper kinds of food. I would spend the next couple days reading up in the diet forum and even possibly contacting 3J (he moderates that forum) to see what he can do for you if you want to really take things to the next level.

As far as what to take: Creatine is one of the most effective and cheapest supplements out there. It has been proven to work and has ZERO impact on your hormone levels or carry any negative side effects as long as you drink plenty of water. A good pre-workout mix can also help give an edge in the gym, which tend to have creatine in them - but it's the caffeine/synephrine/ephedrine (if you can find some with that still) that gives that little push. Aside from that, a good multi-vitamin and fish oil should be part of your arsenal in getting big naturally.

Once you get the hang of eating properly to gain size and have been training consistently in the gym long enough - you WILL see progress, I promise. Before you know it, you'll be ready for AAS (if you still feel you need it) and then will be able to truly benefit from it. Taking shortcuts only shorts you in the end. ;)

This thread is pretty funny. Cycling at 18 isn't really the best ideal for so many reasons. Almost every one I know who used steroids when they where 18 -19 had horrible anxiety and other problems similar to that when they used at a young age. Lol I know that's a odd side effect to mention compared to your natural testosterone levels being shut down. But I also think it really fucks with you more mentally the younger you are. Cause when I cycled when I was younger I thought I was a adult or a man as you put it. But mentally at 18 people are still not at full capacity and their brains are still developing to. So I think that it has the ability to really fuck with some one who is young. I mean think about how crazy teens get when they go through puberty. They go from happy to sad to really angry and parents all have the joke about how they have a teenager so life is hard. Basically at 18 your body is still changing hormonally and to throw in a extremely strong dosage of a new hormone when you haven't even been experienced with the ones you have for to long is a bad idea. Not to mention like I said all the physical effects that can happen to. Than there is the dreaded pct when all the mental side effects can get really bad. Being old enough to handle them all is a must.

18 is waaaay too young dude. At that age I guarantee u there is tweaks n adjustments that can be made to achieve more gains without AAS. Creatine like the others guys said is a good starting point. Were gonna flame people when we see this kind of cycle mentioned...ESPECIALLY at 18!!
