HGH for stomach fat???

Hi
I'm looking to start a course of HGH in the new year and would like some advice from those who have taken or are taking it. I'm going to undertaking a high protein, low carb eating plan and will be training 3-4 times a week consisting of 20-30 minutes cardio with various body conditioning exercises.

Having read about a million reviews on here I know that some people strongly believe that it is a waste of time but after trying everything possible to get rid of the layer of fat that is gripping on to my stomach for dear life, I don't know what else to do. I tone up and lose fat from everywhere apart from my gut so this is my last resort.

Here I go with the questions

1) how effective has it been for you, with regards to inches lost (it's not about weight for me, it's about appearance)?

2) how long did you take it for you first start noticing results?

3) what other side effects did you notice? Positive and negative please!

4) how much did you take on a daily basis?

5) did you find by injecting it in your stomach that it targeted the fat there better?

I think that's everything! Thank you so much in advance for your help and advice!

Hello Yasmine..

Ive been on hgh for years. To me it is more than just a supplement, more like a lifestyle full of experiments and surprises. Different brands different boxes different countries different dosages all leading to good or better results, sometimes non.

From what you have said, I take that this will be your first time to use hgh. So based on my first experience years ago (was only trying to lose a few kilos of fat around abdominal area, similar to your situation):

1. It is definitely not magic, but its not rubbish either. It is effective. Depends on the quality of the stuff, your protocol + dose, duration and last which should have been first, exercise, diet and rest. It is said that it is the only drug that uses stored fat as energy. After a long first cycle (6months+), I did notice the fat burning "melting off" quicker, rather than just losing water retention that is temporary.

2. 3 months and my muscles definitely looked different. My body structure was changing. Fuller muscles, i was getting leaner (with exercise and a healthy fat free diet of course). Increase in appetite, which IMO means better metabolism. My muscles were just looking more developed than what they were before the hgh. So in regards to appearance, hgh made me look like a person with better genetics, healthier look. I did lose inches around my waist and other places, it started at around 3 months, but were visible after around 6 months. Be patient and dont give up. It is a waiting game with commitment to mainly exercise, diet, rest and discipline.

3. Positive sides: Less wrinkles (not much difference but I had less wrinkles around my eyes especially), maybe holding more water, maybe. Under my eyes looked fuller rather than the dark, tired look, like I am exhausted from work and life, it just went away. Deeper sleep on the weekend. You sleep less sometimes, but still wake up fresh. Vivid dreams that feel real, hard to describe. More cardio and strength. Better appetite (stick to a healthy diet). Much more...

Negative sides: Water retention which based on my experience was temporary, a lot of other users complaining about excessive water retention while on cycle. With me it was the first few weeks only then the water went away. I usually have 3-4 litres of water a day. Joint pain. Wrist pain. The wrist pain can get really bad. Bad as in you cant hold a pen and write for a few minutes or type. Imagine having and outdoor active job, that involves a lot of moving around, carrying, pushing and pulling, ouch. Depends on the individual and the gear, dose etc. Sometimes you get this feeling around your jaw, dont know whether its pain or discomfort, just weird. If you sit for too long your hands and legs fall asleep, let alone when waking up after a long night sleep. There are a lot of other negative sides like enlargement of organs and other stuff that I did not experience, so I wont even go there and freak you out. That you have to research and try under your own responsibility and experience. There are much more sides as to why there is a PCT, but that doesnt apply to everyone based on what I read on the forums. I am on hgh forever, not just one in a life time experience.

4. Anything less than 4ius a day, IMO, is a waste. You are a female, maybe start with 1iu a day and bump it up. Cant tell you exactly how much to take, as your stuff might be under dosed or maybe you react differently to it than the majority of hgh users. I use high doses. I split them into smaller doses through out the day. Tried them all in one big dose too, did not notice a difference really. Its synthetic hgh, hard for me to tell how it works, but it seems to work the same no matter how I use it depending on the amount of course. Everything is based on personal experience. I tried the blast too. More sides in less time IMO. Got to admit though, had good results with the blast. I would rather stay on a high dose of hgh 7 days a week. You dont have to do that, I am just answering your questions as if you were asking me about my daily usage and experience.

5. A lot of people say that it does. Honestly I did not notice anything significant. Well nothing at all to be honest. Everyone is different. I tried injecting in different areas. I prefer hgh in abdominal area and peptides in thigh area, due to more liquid in syringe while injecting peptides. I use different peptides. I noticed when I inject more than 3mls in one shot in my abdominal area, I get a lump that goes away within half a day to a day. My hgh never exceeds 2-3mls at a time unless its a blue moon, rarely.

Hope i answered your questions. Please share your experience with us once you try it. Good luck Yaz!
