i don't really know much about HGH but ive seen a few people that I suspect that take it and they look good !

I just think it gives you a better look than what other steroids give you, does anyone else agree ?

what makes people NOT want to take HGH ? surely the side effects arnt as bad ?

I do know that after a while of taking it you get a 'HGH GUT' which is what Ronnie Coleman has VERY bad.

if anyone has any personal experiences with HGH please tell me some stuff about it

thanks :)

GH is one of things to consider taking as you get older in my opinion. Some may disagree and that is fine. I think it is beneficial for anyone over 30 years old. The side effects are not bad at all. The biggest complaint people have is the price of it. Price can't be discussed on this forum but it is not that pricy for quality stuff. As for the side effects and GH gut, they are dose dependent. I am on a small dose of 3ius per day. The GH gut can form on a dose of 10ius or higher in my experience. You have to realize that these pro bodybuilders are using a bunch of GH like 10-20ius per day of this stuff. 3-4ius is considered a replacement dose of GH for most. At a dose of 3-4ius, you are mainly going to get the good effects such as increased fat loss, improved sleep, better skin, etc. I am sure it can build some lean muscle as well but not as much as 10ius would do. Remember GH needs a minimum 6 month investment, preferably a year's worth. I honestly like the way I look on Tren the best though. Just my 2 cents.

I would definitely say that if you do get quality HGH you look, feel and train better... the problem seems to be that there is a lot of crap stuff on the market...

I'm currently running Kigtropin - and I'm convinced I've got a dodgy few boxes... some people reckon there hasn't been decent Kigtropin in the UK for quite some time - I'd love to hear different though...

Unfortunately I just ask my 'go to guy' for HGH and I have to get what I'm given - he's not reached the stage where I am provided with a menu yet! lol

I ran some other stuff last summer and I swear I felt invincible on it - whatever weight I lifted I knew I'd lift with great form, good pump and decent reps, I could do no wrong... my vascularity improved, midriff weight fell off, skin was flawless and I was alert and buzzing like a second hand fridge :)

I guess I got lucky last year!

I'm 42 this year and the injuries are mounting - but I'm desperate to defy aging and my avatar pic was taken only 12 months ago...
I haven't noticed any sides with HGH - other than when you come off it - you get depressed by not looking/feeling as good lol

I have noticed mild carpal tunnel when I had the good stuff - alas not this time!
(Wow, it sucks when you find yourself craving carpal tunnel syndrome!)

Haha. Yeah, I feel your pain. Last year, I got screwed over for some bunk GH. I feel your pain. I am however enjoying the stuff I am on now though. Looking good man for 42 years old. Shit, I hope I can look that good.

thankyou for the information :)

what do you mean by 'you need a 6 month investment'

GH is something that needs to be run long-term to see the benefits. Results don't happen over night. If you just took GH for a couple months, you probably wouldn't notice much. Its when you hit the 6-12 month mark where you really start to see results.

I'd second riprockwell's comment on the duration you'd need to run HGH....
I ran it for 8 months last year, it just got better and better after the 4 month mark...

It is pricey though! Vanity aint cheap!

what is the most common thing that people run HGH with ? can you run it on its own ?

and what about hgh spray ? anyone used this ?

I know people that have run it on it's own, but the results have been negligable... and for me, HGH is a lot of money to be spending just for negligable results...

I've always ran mine alongside a test cycle (or two!) - This has certainly emthasised the results for me, and Test is relatively inexpensive in the greater scheme of things...

Can I just say Sam - you are totally doing the right thing asking all these questions on here now... nobody minds helping you...

Make sure you are 100% sure in your head what you want to do, how you want to do it, and how long for, then make sure you have a good plan for post cycle therapy (pct) for afters...

When, and only when you have a plan, all the gear you need and the correct paraphanalia to go with it - should you then start your cycle... it's no coincidence that these forums are littered with lads who have messed something up and are hitting the panic button...

If you're gonna do gear - do it right :)

hi, i am 62 yrs old and have been training all my life. I have allways heard great things about hgh but never tried it.I just ordered a three month supply of a transdermal patch. although i dont have any great expectations i am looking forward to trying a new product. I am well aware of all the negative ink about it not being able to synthesise through the skin properly and not being able to receive a strong enough dose @ 4iu every 5 days and so forth. Anyone have any experiance with these patches.
