High BP Nose bleed Remedy?

Anyone use CEL cycle assist to help with nose bleeds during a cycle? Needed feed back on The ingredient Hawthorn berry if it actually helps with this.

What is your BP like? My nose has NEVER bled and I've been up to 140/98 at rest. You may have more than high BP at work, cauterization though is a mixed bag.
