High Creatinine on TRT potentially getting me kicked off

So I am 11 weeks into TRT and enjoying it. My 10 week blood test came back high on creatinine 1.89 on a scale of 0.76-1.27. Heres the deal, I believe I was very dehyrated that day and that a few other factors caused the high score. But the doctor is going to kick me off TRT if my next test in 4 weeks is high! So I want to be damn sure that I don't test high next time.

The day of the test, I was already very sore from lots of exercise and intramural sports. I had drank a little the night before, and the morning before the test I did a firefighter fitness test, and immediately went to the gym and did chest then went straight to my blood test. I wouldn't normally treat myself this way, but I thought it might give me a lower total testosterone score and get me bumped up in dosage. That seemed to work by the way...TT trough was only 457ng/dl with 160mg and I was at 440ng/dl with 140mg at week 5. I also have felt a much bigger increase, but anyway...it was dumb if it caused me this creatinine problem...so back to the creatinine problem.

A few factors to consider:

-My 5 week test.. Creatinine: .99 (scale of 0.76-1.27)
-My week 5 BUN was 15 on a scale of 6-20 and my week 10 bun was 21 on that scale. ( will drink more water)
-I have been taking CEE the whole time on TRT but I have now stopped. The day of the test I took 3 CEE before lifting as well as a scoop of Jack3d which also has creatine in it.
-my week 5 eGFR was 103...my week 10 eGFR was 47...(scale of >59)

Am I right in assuming that discontinuing the use of creatine (CEE) will decrease creatinine levels?

Will taking NAC help my kidneys and reduce creatinine levels?

I feel like I read something long ago about heavy lifting causing false readings for high creatinine..any truth to this?

Test injections won't impact your creatinine. Dehydration absolutely does. Drink lots of water for a week and recheck your levels.

NAC helps your liver. Not your kidneys.

Are you taking any blood pressure medications? Some can affect your creatinine.

Lower your protein consumption. That affects your creatinine levels.

Seems you were just dehydrated.

Next test don't take any pre workouts, or drink the day off. Drink a few glasses of water and go get tested before working out. No big deal.

By the way a 450 trough isn't optimal, are you injecting once per week?

Thanks guys. No not taking any blood pressure meds. I will drink way more water and avoid preworkouts, at least before the test.

I am injecting once per week as the clinic I go to makes me get the shot in person and won't do twice a week. They bumped me up to 180mg once a week, and they aim for a trough of 650-800.

Yeah I've been told of a dr in my area that will let me self inject, but what is the process of switching doctors like? I would hate to have to come off TRT, wait to test low for tesoterone, and then start up again and potentially not like the new doctor.

that's a shame, your peak is probably over the range, by if they are waiting a week until next injection day to do blood work you'd have probably half lived and show low test levels.
