I answered on the other thread, but most likely you make lower levels of aromatase than the average person. Aromatase converts your testosterone into estrogen. That looks like a good level for that amount of test. Some people say optimal E2 is in the 20's, but also that it depends on how much test you have(the ratio being important) since more test will antagonize the estrogen. If you feel good and have no sides, that's all that matters, that level doesnt look scary at all. Water weight gain is normal.

Im not using an AI.. I have the following readings...
T - 1954 ng/dl
E - 46 pmol/L.... reference range < 157 pmol/L is normal

The reference of "in the 20's" is for pg/ml, not pmol/l.
Mabe shoot for a gallon try keeping it pretty consistent everyday. Like was said some water weight is expected. You could also get a sensitive essay and make sure those E levels are accurate.
