High fat,low carb diet

Hi all.
I was wondering,has anyone ever tried this, Anabolic diet by Mauro di Pasquale?
Thing is to eat high protein ,high fat,and low car meals.
Ok, i understand the the part for the bulking,but can someone(more experienced members,or even competitors) explain the part for the cutting?
As i understood in that book di Pasquale says to eat 3-4 days high protein(2-3g/kg lbm) , low carb 40-50 g max,and high fat.
What about training? Those who used it,did you have lack of energy(although I dont see why because fats should keep high insulin spikes)?

And please, what about cutting,is it possible while on this type of diet?
 
All I have to say is that I don't agree with that diet plan... If anything, high carbs would be better than high fat. Not sure why people think adding a ton of fat and cutting the carbs is better for preventing fat gain. If you are going to do the low carb thing, it's better to keep the fats at a normal level as well, in my opinion.
 
You know i wrote out an entire response and decided to delete it-

I would suggest that you learn your physiology so you can understand how the body works. I think it will help answer your questions.
