I just wanted to get rest assured on something very simple. For some odd reason while glancing at many cycle threads, I see people posting stuff in the thread about keeping fat macros to a minimum. Usuaully they say keep it to .4 of your body weight and nothing more to prevent fat gain. Why would a high fat macro lead to any more fat gain compared to a lower fat macro. Since its all cals in vs cals out. Or am i missing something when it comes to being on a cycle. I myself will prob have my fat macro around 30% maybe 35%
