HIT cardio and gaining weight?

I just started boxing and the workouts are similar in effect to doing lots of push ups, sit ups, squats with body weight, sprints, and long jogs - 2 hours, monday-thursday. Is there any way to stay in shape so I wont have embarresingly low stamina at the gym but gain clean weight at the same time? Should I just do one at a time and neglect the other, like take 2 or 3 months off boxing to just do a PL style routine and PL eating habbits? It would be better if I could do them both at the same time, but im not sure if thats possible. Thanks

yo man whats up ive been boxing for about three years. Ive gone from 125 - 195 its al about what you eat and how you train. If you wanna put on mass then eat alot of carbs and keep your protien up. Remember you need lost of carbs for boxing due to the HIT you putting on your body. I would say get an amino or some glutamine to prevent overtraing. If your train 4 days a week try to split it up into 2 on 1 off and lift on the off days but dont go crazy with alot of exercises just a few of the basics will get you where you wanna be. If you want some more info. just PM me and ill be gald to tell you my routine. Im currently traing for a tourney on jan. 7 and trying to get up afew pounds myself. so let me know if you need any adivce.
