Been lifting now for almost 2 years pretty consisitantly. I started at around 155-160. I am naturally lean and consider myself a hardgainer. My max weight was 190 after finishing my 2nd ph cycle. I havn't done a cycle in probably over 6 months. I don't plan on doing anymore as I don't like immediate weight increase because everyone knows your on roids and I hate just trying to maintain when I'm not on a cycle.
I'm still looking to put on more mass, my goal is 190 again. I just started really focusing on my diet and have seen a very slow but sure increase in weight. Personally I think my strength is ridiculous - compared to anyone my size and natural body build.
My question is about training. I absoultly love being in the Gym and will go as much as I possibly can. I have a lot of time to kill. But I have read that if your a hard gainer you should only be in the gym about 3 days a week and do more all body workouts. I have been going about 5-6 days a week doing the normal chest/back day, arms day, shoulders/forarms day, leg day type training.
I'v read so many articles about this and I cannot get the same advice from any of them...
I've done low rep high wight, mid-rip/mid weight, high-rep/low weight to try to confuse my muscles, always with the emphasis on heavy weight (until my body starts hurting)
Since I'm past 180 in weight and my strength is good do you think I can be in the gym all the time or what do you think is the best type training for building mass with my body type? I'm considering peptides as well. Advice welcomed! Thanks!
