He should be nominated for teacher of the yerar IMO. Now days some teachers simply don't care anymore. They just go through the motions, they show up & follow their teaching planner, but can careless about trying making a positive impact in these kids life.
I think we really need stronger teachers, it really takes a special person to be a good teacher, some have it & some simply don't.
BTW, the kids on the video were out of of control..
