This might be a problem many of us share. I have no problem eating healthy/training monday morning thru friday afternoon. From friday night to sunday my diet usually consists of scattered shitty meals and 10-30 alcohalic beverages.
My question goes out to those of you who had something similar to this and then STOPPED! What changes did you see (mental/physical) when you went to a consistent diet and lifestyle pattern?
