Simply question

running a cruise dose of 250-300mg test/week and I'm dieting for a comp.

How big a deficit can you get away with before muscle loss occurs when your assisted?

If i was dieting natty like i have previously i would do 500 calls max...

Could you push 1000 on low dose cycle?

thanks

anything highly androgenic will preserve muscle mass. like if you're on 700mg of tren a week, you won't lose a fucking gram of muscle even if you eat 1000 calories a day. i do things on the extreme side from every aspect of my life which is both my strength and weakness, so my first run with tren which was my second cycle, i was dieting on around 1500-1600 calories a day. mind you, i was around 185lbs @ 13% bodyfat at that time. a real deficit at those stats would be like 2000-2200 calories. in around 8-10 weeks on 700mg tren a week and 175mg test a week, with clen and a lot of cardio, my weight stayed the same but i went down to 9% bodyfat.

also, i'm not sure what level of professional bodybuilding this happens but in an interview with an IFBB pro who does not compete anymore, he recalls many many guys in the scene taking amphetamines (ritalin, adderall, etc) during contest prep because you have 0 appetite on it and dries you out. but they were also on all the steroids on the menu along with a ton of HGH.

but i can guarantee that you will lose muscle if you're cutting with only test. once you start throwing stuff like masteron in the mix you pretty much wont lose anything. with tren, if your diet is on point, you will for sure gain muscle on a cut.
