How big is big enough to cut?

Hi everyone I'm sure that is a broad question but I'm trying to look ahead and make a plan. I'm 5'10" now about 195 maybe 200lbs about 14%bf and my goal is I guess to look better for my beautiful wife as well as feel better and stronger. I was this size in high school and felt good about it but now I'm wondering if I'm getting greedy? If I want to be a cut 215 about when should I be moving in that direction with my nutrition training and gear? I'm awair it's a less than straight forward question but any personal input would at least give me food for thought. Thanks!!

Well 200lbs at ~15% would give you 30lbs of fat mass and 170lbs lbm. If you wanted to be 215lbs at 10% let's say that would be 22lbs fat mass and 193lbs lbm. So you need to gain about 20+lbs of lbm and cut ~8lbs of fat. Not doable in one cycle but a slow bulk for a while or shorter bulk and cut cycles will get you there with hard work. Personally I bulk until I'm as fat as I'm willing to get and then cut until I'm as weak as I'm willing to get (I'm more powerlifter than aesthetics).
 
Interesting. I love my strength gains sure but if I'm being honest with myself it's a better shape I'm after. Is three weeks too deep iyo to start dbol Dre?

You could run it whenever you want to but if it's your first cycle I'd suggest finishing this cycle as planned and possibly adding it to your next one

Not my first but my first tren cycle. I was just curious cause it sounds like I need more meat on my bones

You do if those are your goals you posted earlier but it will take time regardless of if you add dbol now or not. I'm usually all about creating a smart plan and sticking to it

Ill see where I'm at after this cycle and go from there. I'm making some diet adjustments so no need to throw another variable in with the dbol I guess. Thank u again for more great advice!
