how can i prevent acne?

How do all the pro bodybuilders not get major acne? whats there secret? Im doing 600mg test e a week and 500mg of deca a week

It seems to be working well for me, I will get the occasional zit come up and without doing anything extra to it, after a couple days it will just start dying on it's own. It's so impressive to me that I'm wanting to take a picture of a fresh zit when it comes up and then a couple days later take another pic when it's dying to show people how well it works lol but, I'm not going through a breakout so I don't know if I was breaking out how well it would work but, I've only heard positive reviews regarding it. Yes i have heard of accutane but heard its really hard on the liver, i have had liver problems in the past and dont want to take a risk
