How do you guys eat off cycle?

Low carb? Low fat? Carb cycling? What's the best way to maintain muscle during PCT or build muscle after PCT while not on cycle?
 
I eat like I do the whole year round, with my goals in mind.

I prefer carb cycling as it's easier for me.
During PCT I would use my high carb day plan for those 4 weeks then slowly go into whatever my next goal is
 
I eat the same on cycle as I do off cycle. Anything and everything. I have a mixture of good, more health conscious meals, and 'cheat' meals throughout each day. Lots of Protein, Carbs and Fats. I don't count macros.

This is what I have found works best for me so this is what I do.
 
I tried to clean up the diet and actually did pretty good during the day . Nights and weekends is what kills it for me . At night from dinner till bed I want to snack and with a 3.5 yr old we got a lot of snacks. Weekends I get trapped out and eat where I eat . This is my second week with 3J , he lays it out and I get it done . I haven't been snacking . Saturday I missed a meal and got caught out at dinner but still managed to eat good . At 44 this is how I want to live now .
