How do you have your greens?

Frozen broccoli or sometimes mixed veg with broccoli in it... typically just fried with a lil olive oil and precooked chicken and precooked potatoes. Sometimes mix frozen veg into a recipe...
 
Definitely steamed for me
Supposedly from what I hear, when you steam veggies, they lose less vitamins and minerals. Vs. if you were to boil them
