How do you make Orals from Powder?

Can you just capsule the powder and then your good to go or what??

Yeah you can do that, but most turn it into a liquid like liquidex by using ba, bb, peg400 or other various solvents and such.

I would make it into a liquid if it was for me but its not and capsules are muche better for presentation purposes.
