how do you split 3 caps of DNP ?

I have DNP 200mg/caps
I'll bump up the doses to 600mg in 2 days
How should I divide my intake ? I was thinking of 1 every 8 hours

best to split them up over the course of the day as if u took them all at once u will get an instantaneous hotflash within the first hour or so. Thats assuming its Crystal, if its powder i would do 200mg AM
400mg PM
