How do you stretch your bicep?

the best way I can think of is to grab a power rack, pole, basically anything you can, grip it and turn your hand with the thumb facing forward, then stretch the bicep by leaning forward, kinda like you would for stretching chest.
 
what i do is stretch the arm i want to stretch out in front of me with my palm facing me, while pushing my hand down with my other hand. maybe it's a little hard to describe...
 
Stand in front of a wall facing away from it. Lean over, and put your hands behind you about shoulder width as high on the wall as you can get them with your fingers pointing up. Sort of move closer to the wall while squatting down with your hands and arms in the position. You should especially feel it on the outer bicep heads.
