How does my first cycle sound? (Sust 250)

Hi. First time steroid user here. 24 years old. Been training for 8 years.

I have 3 vials of sustanon 250.

525mg/week. Pinning 3x weekly.

Cycle length: 14 weeks.

PCT: Nolvadex 10 days after last pin. 40mg ED for first 3 weeks then 20mg ED for 3 more weeks.

Any criticisms here?

Just a few. You need to do more homework. And list your stats and goals.

-No hCG?
-No clomid for PCT?
-You are starting PCT too soon. Sustanton has the decanoate ester in it.

I read that a nolva only PCT would suffice for a test only cycle?

So I should alter my nolva use to 21 days post cycle?

Do a search for a post by Austinite. He explains why using Clomid and Nolva together for PCT is superior.

The Decanoate ester is going to take more than 21 days to clear. Use a calculator to determine when you should start PCT. Or just don't use Sustanton and go with a single ester like Test E or C.

What are your thoughts on AI and hCG?

Have you gotten pre-cycle blood work yet?

I got bloodwork done yesterday. Going in next monday to get results. Got everything but my prostate, which the doctor forgot to write down.

The only problem is in Australia it's very hard to find PCT. I'll try to search around for some clomid and an AI.

Without Clomid and a good AI you don't have a cycle unfortunately. They are essential.

Try RUI.

Sorry mate but I don't quite understand. I thought Nolva and Clomid were similar? They are both triphenylethylenes which occupy the estrogen receptor and keep it from binding estrogens.

Nolvadex vs Clomid:
So which one should you use? Well personally, I'd have to say Nolvadex. Both as an on-cycle anti-estrogen and a post-cycle therapy. As an anti-estrogen its simply much stronger, demonstrated by the fact that better results are obtained with 20-40 mg than with 100-150 mg of Clomid. For post-cycle, this plays a key role as well. It deactivates rebound estrogen much faster and more effective. But most importantly, Nolvadex has a direct influence on bringing back natural testosterone, where as Clomid may actually have a slight negative influence. The reason being that tamoxifen (as in Nolvadex) seems to increase the responsiveness of LH (luteinizing hormone) to GnRH (gonadtropin releasing hormone), whereas Clomid seems to decrease the responsiveness a bit1.
